Essentials covers basic AP and AR workflows. Team adds approval workflows and user permissions. Corporate adds custom workflows, advanced reporting, and API access. Most mid-size companies land on Team.

Per-transaction fees on top of user fees

Companies sometimes confuse the two. BILL for AP handles vendor invoice approval and payment. BILL Spend handles corporate card expense management. They integrate with each other but are separate products.
