Both products require a proposal for the configured scope. Tipalti publishes starting prices of $99 monthly for Accounts Payable and $249 for Mass Payments, each with unlimited users, but those are not self-service promises or a fixed $449 enterprise tariff. AvidXchange fees are set in the applicable sales order and may include transaction and third-party charges. Compare setup, modules, payment methods and usage assumptions in the two proposals.
For 500 invoices each month, an assumed $1 processing charge would equal $500 before other fees; at $1.50 it would be $750. These are illustrative rates, not published AvidXchange prices. Compare complete proposals at the same invoice and payment volumes rather than treating Tipalti starting prices as the whole bill.
Invoice processing: compare exceptions at your volume
AvidXchange has substantial invoice and payment processing volume, but volume alone does not prove faster processing or higher OCR accuracy than Tipalti.
